Report a translation problem
you will need to do the standard fix which is right click the exe > properties > compatibility > "change high dpi settings" then tick the box "override high dpi blablabla", leave it as "application"
you will learn that many games require this fix, if you ever cant select 4k and can only select 1080p or whatever your high dpi scale divides 4k into, i use 200%
150% will mean the games effected by it can only detect up to 1440p
