try different audio output device in game's audio setting settings - audio output. Try your pc's default one.

Tried with every audio output device, and with Fxsound, still got audio issues... "Best" settings are with the default one, but the sound quality is really bad, it's like i'm hearing the characters talking as if they were in another room...

Yeah i just downloaded Fxsound and now game volume is sound normal and i dont need to crank my speakers to max

At first I though it worked too, until I realise some voices were completely removed with this... Couldn't hear Strohl speaking the 1rst time I saw him.

I had this too, but then found the actual volume master setting in the audio menu and that fixed it for me. Assume you've tried that, but just in case...

that's where I came across the idea of changing audio output

Triyng "stereo" and other settings was the first thing I did, but the audio was still not great, but stereo + Fxsound finally sound decent, let's hope this works in a long run until Atlus fix this. Thank you.

The master volume is set to 50% by default. Go into the audio settings and you can change it 100%.

Yeah I had to download Fxsound too. WTF for 70$ game they couldn't fix audio issue

I fixed mine by lowering BGM and Effects Audio to about 70 then the master volume was put to 100 and i can hear them speak clearly, also i went to audio setting removed it from default and made sure it was set to my speakers directly

same issue in MS store version. my speaker is 100% but game sound be like 10%

Just download Fxsound and problem fixed not to mention this app is awesome there is tons of options to tweak audio to your licking.

If you're playing on a PS5 controller, make sure the game didn't change your audio output to that... may explain the very low volume. And yeah, game sometimes randomly decides to change the audio output for whatever reason.
