In the .ini file, lower shadow resolution from 2048 to 1024.
Minimum FPS in Grand Trad goes from 30 to 45~

My current ingame settings:

Resolution: 1280x800
Screen mode: Fullscreen
Vsync: no

Render scale: 100%
Ambient occlusion: No
Texture quality: normal

Recommended refresh rate in Steam Deck overlay: between 45-60, up to you

lowering it to 1024 helps but seems like its breaking some shadows sadly

I think it's totally breaking the shadow cascade distance so that shadows disappear at a short distance

On steamdeck this broke the labels on the pause screen for me. Makes my pause menu options have no labels. Just the little sub text like wield power, take inventory, etc.

Nnnoying bc I'd really like to at least get rid of the dash blur, but i don't know the menu well enough yet to use it without labels...

it’s related to the ultrawide screen fixes. turn HUD fix to false in the metaphorfix ini file

hi all. have 5220x1440. using this ultrwide fix. Does anybody still get the black/blurred edge lines in 16.9 format in battles ? ultrawide fix works for everything else but not those, for me.
