I only just heard his first speech at the “assassination” attempt but I just found it kind of funny that he’s this blonde hair, blue eyed authoritarian using worries of an “open border” and the citizens vulnerabilities to the “human problem.” Lol, I don’t think this is who trump himself is but it is how he is portrayed in popular media, and there has been nobody more impactful in recent political culture than his rhetoric, or perceived rhetoric. Just hope the narrative doesn’t tread such an overt parallel to current events because I’ve seen this a ton in recent media

This character later on inspires character like Griffith.
And unlike Trump, Louis is a general who is capable of building an army, he isn't a merchant/businessman.
Who he reminds me of is Yamato Hotsuin from DS2. Both want meritocracy, use any means necessary and (maybe later in the game?) want the MC's help to achieve that.
Also Griffith, but that one is obvious.
Like what you described is a pretty standard presentation of anybody on the far right, you might as well argue that Louis is Nigel Farage. Hr's an allegorical character who shares similarites with a lot of people.
