I am confident that monkey game won't be a GOTY contestant this year. I don't remember a game with a 80 score on metacritic being a GOTY contestant. I think there will be competition between Metaphor, Astrobot and FF. And if you compare them face to face, Metaphor has decent chances.

You're right, Ghost of Tsushima won with a score of 83, but the competition wasn't particularly tough. The only two games with scores over 90 that it competed against were Animal Crossing and Hades. But I see your point. I guess it's possible.
