I'm VERY disappointed they didn't fix this. It doesn't help that a lot of people think the solution is to crank the volume all the way up.
The game has incredible bombastic soundtrack but it feels like it's coming out of a 3DS speaker, it's awful.
FxSound is an equalizer, the game ignores equalizer for a lot of people.
I did manage to get the FxSound fix to work somewhat
Had to manually set the game to use FxSound as if it was an audio device, and that fixed it.
