What items are safe to sell?

Hey guys sorry if this is a dumbass question but i dont have much experience with the megaten games. If items say consider selling does that mean it's safe to sell and is essentially junk? like all the stuff in the sell all tab.. or is it possible that stuff will be used for crafting or other things in the game? thanks

should be safe to sell if it's in the diamond category... if it was usable it'd be in a different category like key items.

Usable items like food ingredients are considered consumables, so the same would apply for a potential crafting mechanic too.
