No Need to Worry About Activities and Time Constraints!
According to a QuestDaily interview, the Metaphor: ReFantazio game director, Katsura Hashino, reveals that the calendar system has evolved and players don't need to "worry about missing out on activities due to time constraints."

"You're going on a journey in Metaphor, so each area has different activities. You could be milking an animal in one place or bungee jumping in another. There's a wide variety of things to do. We didn't want players to feel limited by time. You'll be able to return later to places you've visited using a fast travel system, so you can do everything you want without feeling rushed."

I've seen a lot of people worried about missing content, so this is great news.

Hope so, sounds like from Kinda Funny that it was compact but doable to get all socials and stuff in first play through without a guide.

Hope so too, I loved persona 5 but I hated the time limit and forced objectives/friendships. If it would be in this game too, it would be a turn-off for me.

You are also on pc, so you can just cheat the days like you can already do in the demo.

It feels odd since they mentioned 'time management' in the store page... Did they change decisions halfway?

Actually I liked time limit. That makes every choice more valuable and personal.
Like I decide something on my own and not just watch every scene that developers prepared for me to watch.

nah there is time management, you wont be able to see all dungeons in one playthrough for example

I just hope you wont lose "unspent" days after completing main objective faster than set deadline like in P4G last main story dungeon in december, P5R last dungeon in Royal content.
e.g
defeating necromancer in like 5 days instead of 12

you can, early players who have beaten the game have gone into detail how they 100% the content with upwards of 20-30 days remaining to do anything they want. so this game is rather easy like the persona games regarding time management. just need to know how to optimize and you are set.

Shamelessly bumps thread on release date in hopes that it'll inform more players.
