Regain/replenish Magla during Dungeon
Hi,
I`m a totally newbie in this game. So after starting and entering the first dungeon and after fighting the first boss (human bird) I´m going to the dragon and I´m wondering how I can replenish my magla for that fight. Ususally I try to avoid the Archaetypes because for every move I need magla. So during the dungeon run I try to avoid the group fight as best as I can...but especially after the "human bird" by magla lvl is quite exhausted.
...but I would need magöa in order to fight the dragon.....

So my question is: How can I regain magla during a dungeon run?

Regards
Mario

It's not " MAGLA", it's "MP". Magla is archetype money, MP is use to attack.
If you skip enemies because of no MP, then you skip XP and level up, so the boss will destroy you.

Switch MC to Mage and kill enemies on the field, without entering battle (the enemies with blue name, lower level than you). You gain 1 MP for everyone in the party per enemy killed.
It's quite tedious and reward little XP. If you have 1 hrs to waste, go on.

You can skip the dragon, it gives some ok loot for the next dungeon (but useless after) and it require Ice skills or items and good strategy. He hurt a lot too so if you are under level, it's a No No.
If you skip it, you can't come back later !

Many thanks for your feedback
You`re absolutely right: It`s not Magla. (My mistake ^^ ).
Ok, I´ll switch MC to mage and try it again. At the moment I´m already killing blue enemies without entering battle but there are already a lot of yellow enemies (sand worm like and also snake-like creatures...don`t ask me on their specific names...) where I have to enter the battle mode and this exhausts MP.

But it makes sense for me: Skipping enemies to avoid spending MP will hinder me from getting XP that I need to level up......ok...I´ll try it again..... ;)
The next major dungeon will give you another new Archetype which will help considerably with MP costs (Brawler) since that line runs off HP-costs akin to how older SMT/Persona games handle physical skills. Perfect Punch on your Warrior (especially if you're aiming to kill the dragon) or Strike in general obliterate nearly everything in that dungeon save for one exception (Spectros/spooky 'splodey ghosts) since nothing starts resisting Strike until the end of it. Even then, that dungeon's bosses are either Neutral or Weak to Strike. One common benefit to Brawler is that HP is cheap while MP is costly, and Brawler also gets access to Pierce attacks later during it's second stage that will easily last you to the endgame on anyone physical-based.

Mage has already been stated, but the biggest thing you could do is simply try to fight more efficiently. You don't need to use magic on EVERY attack, just 'enough' to either kill something or set up. That and honestly putting Grius into Mage during the Mines will help exponentially since he has about 200 MP to work with while Hero and Strohl have about 80 max. Bot/Blizz for days. As a side note, killing a bunch of the slimes/blobs probably gave you at least a couple Corrosive Acid, which is going to help bring that Dragon down fast. Switch to two Warriors and a Mage (You want it to be using Fireballs on the Warriors since they can eat those all day, in comparison to the claw swipes/tail smacks that will likely two-tap Strohl), use the Ice items from the merchant to gain press turns for healing, and just endure. You could run double Mages for the Dragon, perhaps, but they're likely to get tail-smacked if you backline both and you really don't want a mage to be tanking claws either.
