Not certain to what extent your grievance is, but look into "Reloaded II" and "Gamebanana". "Reloaded 2" is a mod loader/tool for certain games and "Gamebanana" is similar to a mod website iike "Nexus/NexusModManager". I have a "Silent Dungeons" Mod by Zero0018 that mutes audio lines in field dungeons. i've died a few time due to no HP reminders but i find that's more enjoyable, Hopefully this solves your issue/makes your experience more enjoyable!

I hate that "ugh" noise the protagonist makes every time I move or change direction. Even my wife noticed the other day after about a minute of being in the room. And I completely agree, the companions constant sound bites get irritating very quickly.

I will say that having an option to mute in-battle chatter that isn't related to story events would be nice. Display it via text if one likes but Gallica, honey, I know Hulkenburg's accuracy is down. She was never going to hit anything with her Agility anyway, so calm down.
