For obvious reason: their fight and their moments are memorable.
Louis despite all the build up, he turns out to be another grieving kid with a button to the nuka-cola (or the equivalent of it)
And I really like the edning, no bittersweet, restricting yourself to the throne. The team realized the best they could do after one year is tackle trouble heads on like they did in the past. And the wayt they realized they are only one teleport away from the capital helps.
A lot of stuff was really annoying, especially all those repeating animations.
The translation was so incredebly garbage, after a while I head to skip side conversations, since I couldn't bear it anymore.
And the game locks pretty bad outside of cutscenes.
Agreed the animation was pretty bad here compared to some of the other Atlus games, especially Hulkenberg looked really off in 3D and i was not fond of the 2D cutscenes either since the inner corner of the eyes for some of the characters especially main character looked pretty bad.
I loved the sprites however so i kept my focus on that, it was done really well.
I don't know if i would say it's overrated. It definitely has some flaws but the good really outweights the bad.
I skipped most of the side conversations too though.
As much as i hate how challenging Rhella's fight was it was so satifying when i was done with it. Definitely memorable.
Very emotional too, but at least Basilio and Juani can be there for each other.
