Basilio bond rank 7 not starting

Hi i need help with Basilio i cant proc his rank 7 bond. i got 5 days left till final fight didnt proc once. i talked to him and he says we should go delving the castle any one know whats going on

bond 7 is a quest if i remember correctly, so you need to talk to him in a city and you will both go to a dungeon.
It is a quest icon above his head, not the usual bond icon.
