One other thing to consider is purposefully triggering Quartz Wall by using your very last action on a weak magic attack. It only Nulls instead of Reflects, and more often than not the Dragon will prioritize reapplying the buff to consume one Press Turn. Once you get to final phase, Quartz Wall stops being an issue so Fire can work then.
Make sure to apply Frostbite resistance/Patra support to your main damage dealers/Synthesis supports.
If you're not on Regicide, there's no shame in dropping the difficulty just for this fight and raising it up anew if you're on Hard so long as you don't drop to Storyteller (which I think you can't unless you started Storyteller). The game does kind of get stingy about it since it denies you the chance to at least hit the shops to stock up on some items. Honestly, if you've got items, use them. Binding Ropes, Torpor, Corrosive Acid, whatever can help stifle the dragon a bit. This is mostly a physical fight and doing whatever you can to keep the Berserker kicking helps out immensely. Just be careful of the occasional Light attack (if you got it earlier, you can actually take a particular treasure from the Dragon Temple to the Chapel and get it turned into a set of armor that can Resist Dark or Resist Light, and the option to switch between the two at said chapel). Frostbite can probably be ignored if it strikes a support like your healer but you really want to keep it off your main damage dealers at all costs.
Another thing you can try is keeping a Knight-tree unit in backline with Proclamations. It's probably still gonna hurt like heck, but it might buy a turn at least so long as the Knight can endure it. Most of the time I wind up using Hulkenburg or Heismay (but only super lategame for R E A S O N S) as a defensive support like that for bosses. General can also help, though I'd give up on FFT since Quartz Wall's gonna be up for 2/3rds of the fight.
But seriously, start leveling Faker on some support users, Dekaja's a big deal and Trickster gives really good debuff support.
