I should note that if you use it on him he will use it on you the next turn so you better finish him off with it.
Elegy of the Soul will also use Armageddon's Final Sire if the fight goes on for too long, so it's a timer.
As for Heismay, I mostly just use him to spam Faker's Roguery when I'm feeling saucy. Since he doesn't do much damage throwing his mana at Faker's roguery has a lower opportunity cost.
With the Ninja Archetype's Third Eye (halves opponent's accuracy) and the Royal Thief's "drain all of the enemy turns if they miss you" passive, Heismay basically has a 50% chance to end the enemy's turn whenever he gets attacked.
Maybe consider using Basilio, with the Royal Berserker learning wanton destruction as a basic skill, he can guarantee a weakness hit every single turn.
I say the royal archetypes, because like you should have them by now.
As for grinding out the royal archetypes, the Disgraced Ruins has 2 Bloodcoin Imitecs right next to the akademia cat, which lets you farm Hero's Jewelled roots endlessly.

I like to brake the game!
Only Strohl need a specific equipment
Sorry, but that is just not correct. Maybe your Heismay is underleveled or you didn't master enough archetypes with him to get his agility up but he is a "doge" beast. Combined with knights proclamation, he makes any fight a walk in the park even the unweakend final boss (has up to 12 actions per turn).
Yes, he may not do anything actively but completely negating the enemies whole turn is good enough. The only thing he needs to do is cast knights proclamation every turn and should he get another action you can either cast buffs/debuffs or use items with him.
I have his agility at 77 and yet I've only recorded one single miss about a quarter into the Elegy of the Soul fight. Absolutely useless. I'll be swapping him out and trying this boss for what seems like the 50th time...
sure thing dork/virgin
