Aiming to get this one on my NG+, because it somehow didn't pop the first time. I went to every random village, got every one of the sketches, and I'm pretty damn sure I went to every dungeon, seeing as I successfully popped the achievement for clearing every quest.

So what did I miss? Was I supposed to bump into all the other Gauntlet Runners or something?

that seems to be the case, happened to me on my first run aswell.

I got it after clearing skybound avatar and seeing tyrant star appear on the map.
The only thing I can think of is that 2-way choice in Martira when you go to the tower. I used one way to get there and then the second way to get to the village above Martira, there is a runner on every one of those ways.
