You had these options:
Either turn on V-Sync or limit the game Framerate to 60/75.
Turning off VSycng when game framerate is above 60/75 makes mouse camera so slow. Kinda weird, but it is what it is.
I had 180hz monitor, my game display and graphics settings are the following and mouse camera works fine (But there are times vertical camera movement is slow, and horizontal camera movement is almost fine.)
- Framerate: Uncapped
- V-Sync: On
