The game does not allow me to teleport to Brilehaven to complete two quests I could not complete. What does this preparation entail? Is it all in Virga Island?

i dont remember too well but that most likely means you are still locked into story and dont have free time to do side quest stuff. so progress until you get another deadline

Yes, that was it. I needed to travel to the Temple to find out the entrance is blocked and Fidelio is injured, and then the game gave me the 17 days deadline. Thanks!
