Which voice acting language you're gonna go with ?

Normally im going with ♥♥♥ VA with Atlus game, but it feels much natural with english dub this game

Japanese like every game. I will be watching streamers while I game anyway and I'm 100% sure the ones I'm watching will be using the english dub, so I get to experience both.

English first then on my second play-through Japanese language and Japanese text.

english, i dont speak jp, not really much of a choice, and i will look away on occasion so, better to have a language that i can understand.

Japanese because I'm not so racist that I can't listen to foreign languages without feeling unconfortable. The original is in Japanese, it doesn't make sense to go with anything else. I also have mastered reading when I was 8 years old, so subtitles aren't that scary.

The quality gap is once again huge, so even just going by that metric it would still be extremely obvious.

Atlus always does good with the English dubs and script. I always play English audio when I play their games. No regrets so far in Metaphor. Voices are excellent, especially Hulkenberg.

Why settle for the lesser of the two options ? Why step on the original vision crafted by the team at Atlus Japan for a mere parody made by people totally unrelated ? Be free of the little specks of ethnocentrism/latent racism/chauvinism that hold you back. Fullfil the promise of the game and face your anxiety to grow and become a better person.

English. I played the demo twice - once in Japanese and once in English. I like the English VO better in a fantasy setting. The performances are really good and their accents sell the fantasy a bit more. Japanese VO is still good. But English is better and more immersive to me.

Damn right, come to think of it, I may as well test YomiNinja on it and also have some immersion myself, two birds with one stone indeed... also, 頑張ります！ I still have a long way towards N1 but just need to keep going:D

I tend to pick Japanese, but Xenoblade and FFXIV made me like the UK voice actors. Tried demo and I liked the english performance.
