The rest point is just for saving.
If you run out of resources, backtrack to town to buy back.
I really do hope they keep this design mindset for the rest of the games do.
Just use magician passive on MC and farm enemies. Every insta kill from weaker enemies restores 1mp to entire party.
Agreed. If you go through the skills of some of the different Archetypes, they do have skills that can aid in recovery in the dungeons. Plus, from what I know of Persona and SMT games, you'll gain skills with the bonds your form and nurture that'll aid you in your journey. After all, 'Its dangerous to go alone'
Do not worry, it's your first time. You'll learn to enjoy it or abandon the game.
(Hard Mode)
Like Persona, the game is design for you go in the dungeon multiple times not in 1 run. Is it possible to do it 1 run, possibly? i made it through the whole dungeon until the demo ended my run. Properly geared, buy and switch around archetypes, plan you battles better, use your resources less, ambush all if not most your fights (bait and strike), and get familiar with Reset battle.
Seems very possible to do single runs, dont let it bother you if you cant. A Poor Persona run only just helps you to complete the social links you missed New Game+, but you are still capable of completing the game. Unless your a completionist dont worry about day management. If its like persona, If you mess up beyond belief and miss the deadline the game will game over you and send you back a couple days to plan better.
