Loading times

I'm seeing a lot of complaints about performance during gameplay, but not so much about loading times. I've got 50 minutes played of the game according to Steam, and ten of those would be gameplay, generously speaking. The rest are maybe the longest loading screens I've seen in my life. Are other people experiencing this? Is it fixable?

It doesn't take that long on an external HDD as well. Longer than SMT V and P3R but nothing out of ordinary.

Longest I've seen was like 10 seconds.

That sometimes happens to me too and it's onan m.2 980. Most games load in seconds if you can even tell there was a loading screen. But it can take a really long time for this game to load on it. Was debating on uninstalling and reinstalling.
