Soundtrack format

Is the OST/Anniversary soundtrack going to be distributed the same way the Persona 3 Reload OST was (only playable through an app)?
That format is incredibly inconvenient, so I hope it will be downloadable.

The answer here will basically decide whether I'll purchase the regular or the Anniversary edition.
