It's so sad that Persona had the garbage silent protagonist.
Cause you "Self-insert" in rpg games. That's why silent protagonists exists. Definitely not my thing, but you also cannot say garbage cause a lot of people do like to self insert and rp.
Nah, it's just bad bro. The protagonist is thinking and talking in Persona, it's just that their lines aren't voiced.
Also, if it's "self-insert" why is it not also an invisible protagonist?
Or the op didn't wanna download over 50gb worth of nothing if he/she only wanna know that one tiny thing, so people who aren't antisocial shmucks can give him/her an answer.
A real shame. I don't know who this stuff is for. Did anyone ever play the Witcher 3 and say "I wish the main protag was lifeless so I can self-insert"?
Ironically the protagonist isn't a self-insert. The game asks you to input your own name first when the game starts, and later you're prompted to name the protagonist as his own entity. Even though you're roleplaying as him (he's often referred to in "you") he's still not "you."
