A quick fix for performance on laptops with Nvidia Optimus

To everyone complaining about performance: I initially encountered issues when the game launched using my integrated GPU, resulting in 20-30 FPS in the starting area. However, after switching to my dedicated Nvidia GPU and relaunching, I was able to achieve around 90-100 FPS at 2560x1440 with high settings and 100% rendering resolution. I'm using a mid-range Acer Nitro laptop with a 6800HX and mobile 3070 Ti.

I believe this issue is related to Optimus, as the game might be incorrectly recognized as a desktop application rather than a game. I hope a future Nvidia driver update will resolve this problem.

HOW TO FIX

1. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Under 3D Settings select Manage 3D Settings.
3. Click the Program Settings tab.
4. Select Metaphor: ReFantazio the drop-down list or click Add and find it in currently running programs.
5. Select the preferred graphics processor in the drop-down list.
6. Relaunch the game.
7. Enjoy your FPS!
