What did you name the protagonist?

Normally I'd name it my name (I'm a woman but my name being gender-neutral means it always works for this in video games lol), but since it asked my name before the protag name and I wasn't sure what the default name was for the protag, I just chose my favorite male name, Nico.

So I landed on William. Sounds good enough given the general influences and setting of the world.

Hm I see! I have bad memories with a dude named Will so I don't think I could name him that in my game.

I ended up calling him Waylon. Just kinda what came to me after a lot of digging about the back of my head for names. Didn't want it to be three syllables since that seemed wrong to me lol.

Yeah it's a method people have used in the previous games to get their names. Apparently it works here according to reddit. (Apparently the meta name you choose for yourself in the real world will also change to "You" doing this )
