Will the save files carry over trough cloud?

Can I uninstall the demo or do I need to keep it on my SSD to transfer it to the full game?

I think you can find your saves on steam cloud, i've played the demo with the same save from PC and on Steam Deck.

Uninstalling games doesn't delete the save files.
