Blessed Water farming

Is there a way to farm or buy Blessed Water?

I know it's possible to steal it from mimics but mimics don't respawn in the dungeon I'm at right now so back to square one.

I haven't found any consistent, you eventually get to an arena that offers a nice chunk of blessed waters for some of the victories but that's the most I've seen.

So I am only on day 06/15 but have beaten the first story dungeon and the merchant dungeon...

I have been spending my blessed waters pretty much immediately...

I think I have spent 5-6 ish of them and have only maybe 2 left...

Am I going to have to start being choosy about what I purify vs what I ignore?

I'm a bit embarrassed that I didn't think about retreating and re-engaging.

If I recall correctly you can buy them in village next to the last city. Though the highrest grade was in limited quantity and I'm not sure if shop stocks get refreshed.

Edit: Seems like only lowest tier gets restocked.
