Report a translation problem
The way it works, is that for every other of the same archetype with this passive equipped, the users of that archetype with this passive get a stacking +5% crit chance.
So say you are using Merchant on everyone, since merchant has that one nice almighty phys skill with a 35% base crit chance.
And you put that passive skill from brawler on all 4 of your party members.
Since they're all merchants, and they all have the passive, you now have 55% crit chance with gold attack.
The effect is boosted if any other members of the party are of the same lineage.
It is not boosted by being inherited by multiple characters.
