Abandoned Tomb Empty Floor?

The Tomb has four floors with the fourth one just being a short corridor with a small room containing a chest at the end.
However, the ladder taking you down there passes through the third floor.
The third floor map is empty though.
Is this a bug, or part of a future quest?
Or did I seriously miss an entire floor?

i found it after i finished the dungeon there's a room at the beginning directly behind the man leaning against the waill there's a mimic in the room and a crawl space to the left chest there for brawler gloves brawlers good for this dungeon wish id had it in the beginning lmao
