No, despite the appearance, this is totally a fantasy game.

The protag looks like a japanese, but his race is a cursed/heretic race that is unpopular with the rather white-skin races. He isn't a Japanese high-schooler.

The horned guy is totally coolio btw, a small tier noble who really believes in the spirit of chivalry.
