pretty big difference there alone.
Metaphor is high fantasy Persona with the press-turn mechanic from SMT and Archetypes (more fancy word for "flexible class system" really) instead of Personas.
Well I think the story is more interesting than Persona for one (I grew very tired of the typical japanese highschool setting) but no, if that doesn't catch your interest, this game won't change your mind.
It's also noteworthy that they seem to provide more locations while taking a step back on the graphical site of things. I'm by no way graphicsoriented but some of these assets look stunningly bad (almost PS3-era rough).
