How to remove the SKIP button during in game cutscenes?

Game is amazing but is there a way to make the skip button go away especially during cutscenes? the skip prompt is taking away a bit of my immseriveness of this game.

Having a skip button without a confirmation on what is actually a cutscene pause button for most games has to be one of the most mind numbingly dumbest design decisions ever to ship. It's like they took feedback on not being able to skip and took it stupidly far in the other direction. I subconsciously hit it to pause a couple of times after a long boss battle only to skip the post-boss cutscene which is absolutely infuriating.

What is the big deal about having a confirmation on the skip button? FFS.

Now that is an issue I can wholeheartedly support raging on...I don't know how many scenes I've blown through because muscle memory told me to pause something...
