Voice bug in JBL Quantum 400

So i have a weird bug that i don't understand why this happens, so my headphones are a JBL Quantum 400 and this headphones have a feature that separates chat sound for applications like discord and game sound for everything else, for some reason when this game is set to be on the default path (game) all the sounds are fine EXCEPT for the voice sounds in the overworld, the voices in cutscenes and battles work fine but the voices in overworld conversations are super quiet to the point i first thought there were no voice over for these parts, before anything else no, i don't have surround sound on, the weird part is that its not a game bug because i streamed the game to a friend and he was listening to the voices just fine while i coulnd't in my headphones, i later tried to change the sound path of the game to the chat segment of the headphones and only then there were no problems, of course this kinda solves the problem but i want to make it work on the game segment because the sound quality just isn't as good, anyone knows a way to solve this?

Unfortunally no, the short term solution is just set the sound setting to the chat portion of the headset, still didn't find a way to fix it in the normal way
