Can't download the game.

So I preloaded the game and it downloaded fine but the game kept crashing on the same place. I decided to check game integrity and it found a corrupt file. I've tried everything. I cleared the download cache, changed region, restarted the computer, tried to download it into a secondary ssd. I keep getting the same corrupt update file. Any idea why this is happening?

Same issue for me. I enter the main city, get through the cutscene, and it crashes right after it says to go find the recruitment office.

Verifying the install tries to re-download a single file always fails. Reinstalling doesn't help either. Guess I'll wait to see if there's any solutions, not going to be playing tonight.
