Audio suddenly shuts off

When I first bought the game the audio would completely cut out after about 20 minutes and would not come back unless I closed and restarted the game. I thought after the patch the audio issues were fixed, but I just experienced the same problem of the audio suddenly shutting off completely. Is anyone else experiencing this?

So what you’re experiencingmost likely isnt that the audio switches off but rather that it changes the audio device it plays the audio on if you reselect the audio ouput, you should get the audio back untill it drops again. A more permanent fix i found is disbaling all playback devices besides 1 in your audio device settings on your pc, so the game cant switch audio ouput, which fixes the problem

I just tried this and strangely it didn't seem to work. Will keep trying different methods

I tried this and have not had any audio issues anymore. I think this fixed it.
