Audio disappears after a couple minutes

so got this issue where the audio disappears after playing for a little bit and when you reselect your audio device within the settings of the game.
Been trying to get sega support to help me with this issue but since the launch they haven't been very useful i was hoping someone here would know how to solve this issue

that seems to of been an issue since release for some people, if you haven't i'd post your specs in the pinned thread.

that said, i had to use a third party tool for my audio issues for a while until the recent update, perhaps try something like that to see if it fixes your audio for the time being.

Managed to fix it by disabling all my output devices temporarily besides the one i'm currently using.

So it seems the games decides to switch audio devices without you having to do anything at certain moments

Yep. Game is broken as hell for me on both Windows and Mac (CrossOver/WINE). On Deck the game doesn’t have this issue for me

It happens for me on my Bluetooth speakers, but ever since I changed the audio to come through my other monitor's speakers I've not had an issue besides lower sound quality because it's an old monitor. So it may be either a Bluetooth or wireless problem, try an output that's directly connected.

yeah i'm using a wireless headset, so it definitly seems to have something to do with specific
headsets, but the issue seems to be that it switches audio devices, since now that i have no other audio devices for the game to switch to i haven't lost audio since then
