Trying to max out everyone without having to do new game plus. I'm 28 days until the end, and my wisdom, eloquence, and imagination are at a 4, with the other virtues maxed at 5.,
Junah, Catherina and Eupha are at rank 6, Basillio is stil a 3, Alonzo and briggita are 7, everyone else is maxed. Am i out of luck for best ending?

You absurdly underestimate how easy it is to max your social links in the final 30 days. Stick to the plan, you won't have an issue.

Each town gets an upgraded Virtue training, with Grand Trad having 6 points per training segment during the last 30 days. You probably only need to do it 4 or 5 times to go from 4.0 > 5 so you'll be fine if you do it in Trad.

Also, the last 'chapter' of books in the Runner bookshelf give double (4x2 instead of 4) so if you're close on any of those may be worth doing too.
