Game-breaking bug in Giant Sandowrm's Belly

I have a Bug when fighting, the mini boss in giant sandworm's belly, ♥♥♥♥ Fios the boss battle does not load the game just gets stuck, I can't move, can't enter any screen. The timer keeps going but once it reaches zero nothing happens. Seems like a cut scene or dialogue is not being triggered and game becomes unplayable. This also happens if I try and skip the Fios fish boss and head into the next room, I just get stuck the characters are standing around waiting for a scene to trigger, timer running out, can't move or click anything. Tried loading a older save and reaching that point but having the same issue, so basically this broke my game and I can't progress further. Has anyone experienced this and know a workaround? I had transferred my save over from the demo thinking it may be related to that


Edit: Reinstalling and verifying game files, helped resolve the issue if anyone is facing the same problem, thanks for the input everyone

If you haven't already, maybe try redownloading/installing the game? Could have had some type of file corruption or missing.

Might need to verify game's files, I pass that two days without issue.
