If you want a game, game then obviously the choice is SMT Imagine. But if you want a story, probably this game. All the choices here have a variety of flaws but 2 are pretty solid and 1 is fairly mediocre in retrospect to the series. (Thats SMTV).
But everyone knows real gamers play SMT Synchronicity and Jack Bros. A real mans game
You can get it for 1/3 of the price of Metaphor since its an older title.
Cool thanks everyone. I might of p5r or metaphor then
Depends, I love both and they are pretty different.
I love the story in Metaphor, i think i'm about 3/4 thru the game atm, and its not as long as Persona 5R or some of the other games, but the story is pretty damn dark which is nice.
What Persona does better IMO is you have more of a connection and story with those around you, but its also more work to do everything. The links and stories with your party and those around you are more fleshed out in Persona 5 then they are here.
I'd also say I like the Persona's more then the Archetype system, you have far more power in how to design your main character, but less power in how your party members operate, so its a near draw between the two. Both are good and both work perfectly well though.
Both games are incredible, and I can't suggest Persona 3-5 enough. If you like Metaphors pacing where its dungeons mixed with social building you will feel at home with the Persona games and they are all incredibly solid RPG's.
