Efficient way to grinding lvl?

Normally I take the big quest on as quick as possible for anxiety's sake [Hate majora's mask as a kid], I'm within the dragon-god temple at lvl 38 . I typically avoid fighting once I get less than half mana group wise so I can make it to the boss without taking up too much days.

What methods do others use? Should I hold off on completing the big deadline quest as quick as I can [the music in town is so much better when you do though.]

There are 3 crystals at the very bottom if youre slightly overleveled just spawns a ton of monsters and so you just topple em

Yeah you can max jobs there fairly fast as well if you purchased the Archetypal Earrings as well.
