How do you exit Exit Royal Capital Grand Trad?
and can you exit at night and day cycles?

Exit as to kill monsters? Go to the main gate, the one you entered the city through. It's near the carts in the zone the church is and Brigitta's shop.

As for the rules, it counts as a dungeon so you can go out during the day and no free evening/night time after coming back.
