Is it worth planting?

I just unlocked planting in the runner but realized it takes time to do so. In that case is it even worth since I think it's better spent improving the royal virtues?

i cant say its worth it, you get like 2-3 of what you planted but like you said, you could be leveling virtures/social links, and you can just get the exp fruits for free by grinding with a max level archtype.

it depends. you get multible fruits, and sometimes random items... not sure, but maybe you can remove the time you need to plant. for cocking it is possible to remove the time.

it’s not worth it. almost everything else is a better use of the time slot. even once your royal virtues and social links are maxed, you’re better off fishing for lord of the lakes so you can make the best food in the game or vacuuming for tail bait to fish with.

there are too many op grind spots for the plants to have high value, and the bonus plants you get range from easily accessible to not necessary.

Only if you don't need to get a Royal Virtue up or a Bond I'd say.

Any of the Towers you come across make great grind spots overall.
