UI and menus not being convenient to use

Not sure if I'm being fussy but I dislike how you can't compare exact stats and effects of equipped items in shops. And on top of that the equipped items just being E:1 and E:0 in my inventory. They could've color coded the equipped items or something but this is too confusing especially when I have so many items in my inventory. Another problem I have is not having enough sorting options in the inventory. Like there isn't a way to put the items without stats and effects at the end of the inventory and I haven't been able to sell them off either (not sure if they can actually be sold or not—please correct me if I'm wrong)

I feel like the UI is very pretty but sometimes plain inconvenient to use especially where it matters. P5R had much more convenient menus and it didn't confuse me when I needed to switch gears.
