Bug With the Dragon Trials

Anyone Else had a Issue with the Dragon Trials, I've completed all 4 after a massive slog, I then went and did the Palace Dungeon, Noticed after completing the Dungeon that quest had completed but the Trail of the Dragon one hadn't I then went back to the Trial of the Dragon but when i get to the Door it says i have nothing to do in there and cannot enter, The Achievement for completing all 4 has popped but the quest itself didnt complete. Am i missing something. Annoying i don't have a save prior to completing the dragon quest without going back several hours and even more annoying when you load a save it auto saves so i've now lost my Palace dungeon run and have to re do this :(
