I have seen bad boss design, but this one takes a cake.
Last boss is so badly design, you buff your party defense then the boss always remove all buffs from party and then attack 4 or sometimes 5 times and even can remove 2 action point, not to mention i run out of mp potions so basically nothing to do but to defend heal and auto attack :steamfacepalm:

I'm not sure if this is bait, but assuming it's not, here's just general advice

1) You can destroy the crystals in the previous areas to weaken the boss a lot. Consider destroying all of them if you're having a hard time, both for better gear and to weaken the boss
2) You can rest on the gauntlet runner whenever you need to restore mp without passing time in this dungeon, so your MP is literally infinite even without abusing Mage
3) The boss does remove your buffs, but doesn't remove his debuffs. Have a couple of people with Trickster/Faker leveled to debuff him instead of buffing yourself
4) If push comes to shove, use gauntlet runner + previous areas to grind to a better level / better archetypes. The dungeon is designed so you can't be hard locked at a point you can't backtrack
My suggestion would be look into a high dodge, turn stealing on dodge, attack attracting Heismay. I needed him to get through a lot of these end game fights. Once I got him set up these end game fights got a lot easier.
It's the final boss, man.
Is this your first megaten like game? this kind of mechanic is in almost every single one of them and it's easy to take advantage of as they will either debuff your party or remove debuffs on themselves but not both things in the same round. You keep on debuffing these so they keep wasting turns on removing said debuffs while you keep yours. The only boss I remember that is scripted to remove ALL buffs and debuffs in a single round of turns is Lucifer in Nocturne and that's a scripted part of the fight.
Grind till you can 1 hit the final boss

I kneel...
If you debuff him, he will prioritize removing those debuffs for himself over your buffed party :) Unless he hits crit or weakness on you, then with that extra turn he will remove your buffs in the same turn too. This is why you should have some block/repel skills or gear to either shorten or cancel his turn
Persona fans when a boss fight actually make them think about how to deal with them
FYI, if you still have trouble with it, the big teeth enemies in the final area drop reflection gear, which makes this fight a proper joke. Otherwise, just buff 1 char up and debuff the funny boss to max and you can 2 shot the boss.
