Just gonand fight louis, the main objective and then do the sidequests as nd bonding with allies the remaining days?

Or do I have to do sll bonding and sidequests 1st.

I am already lvl 99 and killing all bosses in 1 or 2 rounds on hard mode. So wonder if I can kill boss baddy, then wrap up everything or grind to unlock rest jobs for all.

Yes, if you are talking about following Louis to the flying castle. You can go there, do the fight, and then come back and continue with other stuff. But that's only because there's another fight after, which has to take place on the last day and can't be taken sooner.
