I am have issue with his final form, I can get him down it a 1/5 of his but his Soul Scream goes off and he is just slaughters my group. Is there a way to to counter this as I using of the royal arch types as the barriers seem to have a little effect too?

That said I also... ♥♥♥♥♥♥ as the the game did not make it clear that could rest the Runner during the final dungeon and I now left with 4 Dragon saps onlyt for MP...

You can try the turtling method. Have both Heismay and Hulkhoganberg with their royal archetype, give the Reflect Phys accessories if you have them to your MC and healer, and damage him with Frigid Fortress Tactic to damage him and give him a weakness in one go.

u can farm magic repel accessories first to repel his magic attack, and use heismay as royal thief with best evade gear so it deplete all boss turn. at least try to max mc archetype so u got reverent crown for bonus turn and best weapon for prince.

If you have all your royal archetypes you have access to Armageddon's final sire (for Prince) that deals 9999 damage for 99 MP and 4 turns. You can use after boss lost 2/3 of their HP.

Ahhh, is the from the dragons? I skipped them and I have all of the Royal arch types barring Basilo's as I was trying to do the end of Catherine's and Basilo quest which had bad... timing during the final 30 days as I trying to do other bonds and bounties too...

So what I see here I should farm and use? I could have a bunch of items, I should be a bit more clear over over the 2nd form. When I do the first phase, I have no issues with nuking them with dragon god fire set up with Junah and using the prince to do Royal attacks.

When it go to the 2nd part it goes to to hell, its not the strike damage that is the matter, its more his final "spell" turns that NUKE me (like the "GreyClone", underground Tree etc etc), I can manage these on first phase (Cleric Mask Junah FTW here if Hulkenberg get unlucky on her reflects) but the the 2nd part where I feel under levelled even I am 72. What CONFUSES me as on the first bit if his attacks are reflected/dodged his turn ends but the 2nd one I swear to god he uses his nuke spells still at the end of his turn everytime.

Also thanks for being supportive messages so far, it just... I... kinda dont want reload a save from hours ago or to restart game as I only had issues with one boss so far (The Ice Dragon, it was less hard and more "Hey, here is a boss that brand the new character not that great to use" which was annoying to me) as I have other games to play and already put around 90hr into this otherwise fuu game.
