I tried and my guy just wacks it slow with the crossbow in melee.
Also dragoon is really strong and is probably better than royal thief for heismay. It has raid wide elemental coverage without needing to use a synth skill. its synth skills are also very strong.
No idea about late game but I'm on my way to THE island.
My party is build around physical weakness, defensive debuff, and atk buff for Strohl. Took only 2 turns to erase all the bosses.
But yeah, it's absolutely awesome for field combat, I find the protag being the Faker in turn-based is kinda underwhelming though.
Disagree tbqh. Dragoon doesn't have Third Eye, Haste Role, and Noble Thief Soul; so you gotta cover those with inherited skills and accessory, meaning less slots for other things.
Lol what? Heismay is ridiculously OP with his constant dodge into breaking turns once he dodges.
A lot of archetypes can do that though, gunner isn't something special. It does it all worse.
