Any way to get new party members caught up in Level?

I just got the Eupha girl and she is level 41 while my PC is 45 and the other members are 44. Any way to get her to catch up? I hate this.

In Persona you could like equip some XP boost gear or something to have em slowly catch up and IIRC in 4 you could do some activity (cinema?) which had em effectively gain a level or something.

No to mention the stats of this sweet girl are abysmal. Unless there is something to this summoning thing i dont see any point in ever running her if she hits like a wet blanket.
edit: that was just in the first battle afterwards they are decent esp being 3 levels behind and her archetype is not lvl20 yet either.

And ironically enough to make this matter worse you need your social links at a certain level for em to get max XP when they are substitutes (so i havent swapped out Junah yet untill she gets that at 100% and doesnt get behind).

You can get an item from the Arena in Brilehaven to give you extra xp, Haven't quite got around to getting it myself yet, but they mentioned it in the rewards list, you only have to do a few battles to get it.

And make sure you check Moore's Special Experiments or whatever its called to power up the summoner, its similar to the Masks for the Dancer, but they are permanent unlocks.

Ah ok i have only done 2 Arena fights so far. Which level is it Bronze III? I cant find a comprehensive list of all arena level rewards on the internet...
I am afraid if i do a lot of Arena i will not max out all my social links / virtues since i feel i ll hit 5 courage without Arena too and a lot of the later game stuff gives 5 or even 6 stars a time rather than the 4 (?) the Arena gives. Wish it was less cumbersome its a real pet peeve for me for characters to be more than a single level apart.

make sure to max out the level of all the different archetypes on each character you can, starting with the easiest first by xp leafs, since it give a small permanent stat boost to one stat or mp/hp to the character doing so. knight line gives them more endurance stat bonus and hp etc

As your party gains levels, she'll gain them faster, as she needs slightly lower EXP for lower levels, thus normalizing the difference in due time. She's not the last character you get so if you bother with that now, you'll bother with that later, too.

Also, this game is in no way level based, you can be 10 levels below the boss and still win without problems. This is really only a problem in SMT V and iirc P4G

Or is it just your OCD forcing you to sync all you crew levels?

Yeah the latter probably.
I tried the sandworm from the bardon quest a while back which was lvl 60 and i was lvl 38ish and got eradicated despite having defense +3 levels and attack 2 levels down it 2 shot everyone with AOE attacks except my knight so level does matter.
It makes sense every level takes more xp so they ll catch up over time a bit. I d just prefer the entire party to be same level i dont know or at least for it to be 1 level at most

yeah i noticed that. Not sure that is what i want to spend the leafs on though. I am also looking at what moves i want. Fe Hulkenberg has lvl 13 Faker for reset stat boost for enemy bosses i dont think you d ever run this class by itself otherwise... She got heal moves from Cleric too. I got lvl 11 Wizard on everyone to be able to keep going in dungeons easier. But yeah late game i suppose its an idea just to get everyone to lvl 20 of all tier 1 classes for the stat boosts good idea.
