Evasion against (Strike) does it stack?

If i equip evasion against Strike on both my Armour and Gear does it stack?
And if i also have the Evasion increase from the skill whichever one that was - which i dont right now - would it stack?

Usually tool tips specifically note if the effects won't stack with one another.
And knowing atlus mechanics, everything stacks to a point.

Not really, the real answer is that things that are not in battle buffs/debuffs to attack, defense and accuracy/evasion usually don't stack here. The exception might be different levels of the same thing, for example, HP regen and greater HP regen might stack with each other (as they are technically counted as 2 different things) but not 2 normal HP regens

Right it was like that in persona too with MP management whatever the skill was called you could have 2 and 3 together but 2x3 would not work or something. So if i find something with 'greater evasion' it might stack with evasion perhaps.
