If you have unlocked Magician with MC, he can make everyone regain one MP per monsters stunned/killed in the main world. If not use items and if no items anymore than yeah at this point leave.

There's also gear that restores a smidge of MP every time the wielder has their turn come up in battle. A smidge of MP x 3 slots + Wizard Passive for regen + Wizard passive to get more MP if stat boosted can virtually keep you full up on MP if you don't go mass blasting enemies that really don't need a nuke to be killed...

Also works well on pure physical classes (equip them with MP gear and just have them beat enemies to death)

Alternatively; masked dancer with a wizard mask will restore MP AND HP for each enemy killed in the overworld :)

Choose a Thief and steal magla, escape. Repeat.
Also equip mana replenish passive skills, items.
You can steal 10 or more from some monsters, choose wisely and it will reduce time to replenish magla.

I would suggest just leave unless you are near the boss and you have items to regain enough MP for the boss fight. Game more fun this way, less grinding more actions.
